Shipping Policy

BOQA coffee is roasted in small batches and shipped fresh.

We currently roast and fulfill orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed after a roast day may be fulfilled on the next scheduled roast day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, though carrier delays, weather, and holidays may affect delivery times.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. BOQA Coffee Club is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@boqacoffeeclub.com and we’ll work to make it right.
